One of our favorite questions is, "why are your prices so much lower?" Our answer- we want fine jewelry to be affordable so we don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We believe that offering good customer service, fast shipping, and quality products will cause people to talk about our store. And the more people talk, the more business we get! We could spend lots of money on fance advertisements but it would cause us to have to raise our prices. We prefer lower prices and more satisfied customers. We don't believe in charging people extra for things like shipping. That's just part of doing business.

Another question we often get, "Is that the same jewelry I saw for sale at Zales?" Yes. We sell the exact same jewelry as the bigger chain stores. Same quality. Same manufacturer. Some people are surprised to learn that most jewelry stores don't actually make any of the jewelry.
